The Terri Roemer Paramus Run
The Paramus Run will kick off at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Paramus, New Jersey, SUNDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2025. We’re excited to announce that in 2025 the Run continues its partnership with the Valley Hospital Auxiliary!
As always, funds raised from the event will benefit the Paramus Scholarship Fund. Proceeds will also benefit Valley Home Care’s Butterflies, a specialized program for seriously ill children.

All events take place at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Paramus on Sunday, October 19, 2025.
7:30 am – Check-in/Packet Pick-up Begins
9:00 am – Marty Roemer Memorial 10K Run
(Paul Miller Autogroup – USATF-NJ 700 Point Women’s Championship Event)
10:05 am – Awards Ceremony for the 10K Run
11:00 am – Lou Lanzalotto Memorial 5K Run
Presented by La Bella Roma Pizzeria
(Paul Miller Autogroup – USATF-NJ 500 Point Event)
11:00 am – The Valley Hospital 5K Health Walk
12:15 pm – One Mile Fun Run for Kids (age 13 and Under)
12:30 – Awards Ceremony for the 5K Run, Post-Race Party, and Raffle Drawings
(you must be present to win!)
Entry Fees
10K, 5K, or Walk $40 ($37 USATF). $55 if participating in both the 5K and 10K. Fun Run $20.
Please note: Prices will increase on Race Day.
